Reset iLO Username/Password

Could anyone tell me how to reset the iLo username/password. After pressing F8 i am asked to enter these details. I have entered the details for the iLo on the inside of the server but they do not work????

What model of server do you have? There is a DIP switch you have to throw, then go in and set you username and password...
