Restore to a larger scsi drive

I have two 18gig SCSI drives that are using a 1+0 Raid config. I want to move them to 2 36gig SCSI drives. Are there any suggstions on how to move the drives over and maintain the RAID and use the additional space on the drives?

If you have access to a program such as Symantec Ghost, you could make an image of the current hard drive, then install the larger hard drives, then send the Ghost image back down to the server with the new harddrives and it will see the expanded space.
