Samsung 4G DDR3 ECC memory not working on Microserver Gen8

Hi,

I bought one microserver gen8 with 4G DDR3 in slot1. I am going to upgrade the memory.

But when I plug in the new memory from Samsung to slot2, the microserver refuse to booting.

it stop at 20% then reboot itself automatically.

The memory from Samsung is M391B5173QH0-YK0. 4GB 1Rx8 PC3L-12800E-11-12-D1.

I have tried to take out the HP memory and plug in the Samsung to slot1, that was also not working. 

 

can anyone help?
