Screwed up Netserver LH II, Floppy Drive No Longer Bootable

Well First off, This computer was giving to me as a gift from a teacher to study work on and of coarse fix!

the Problem that i had with it is that no scsi boot was loaded.
so i went and used the ecu file to configure and made the ide my primary and tried to boot from a hard drive!
it dident work becuase i have more then one operating system on the hard drive i think.?.
and when it goes to the system partition window it says there is no ntldr file....
but here is the REAL PROBLEM?
like a dum ass i went and disabled the floppy drive on the configurations in the ecu configuration program.
i CANNOT do ANYTHING from the Floppy Drive now..I cant load any of the Boot disk i have, the diagnostic disks..or even the ecu program to fix this error.
i went looking for the navigator cd but it turns out that all the files in the navigator cd are here on the hp website for the Netserver LH II..i got all those files!
is there anyway i can reset the configuration so that i am able to use the floppy drive again?

There should be a dip switch somewhere that can be used to clear the NVRAM.
