Serial Modem ML 350G4

Hi, i've a problem with a serial modem (zyxel) on HP ML 350G4.
It doesn't work... i try to autodetect it but nothing.
I disabled hyper trading (i've read something about in a NG) by bios but nothing happend.
The isdn modem work well on different pc.
I'm using SBS2003
