Several Blue Screens (BugCheck, STOP: 0x00000044) on Proliant ML350
I have several system crashes with folowing Blue Screen Trap on a HP Proliant ML350.
Blue Screen Trap (BugCheck, STOP: 0x00000044 (0x83FB9768, 0x00001A1 1, 0x00000000, 0x00000000))
I have updated SYSTEM MANAGEMENT CONTROLLER DRIVER according to EM030509_CW01 but problem still remains.
What to do?

I would highly recommed upgrading all applicable firmware and drivers to the latest versions available. This almost always solves the inexplicable Blue Screens and odd server behavior.
Good luck,
Carl

Re: Several Blue Screens (BugCheck, STOP: 0x00000044) on Proliant ML350
Sir,
Can give me more clarification on the same as I feel it is a I/O error.
Can explain when does this error occur. Is it persistant. Does it happen during startup / shutdown / standby.
What is the OS on the server.
Hard Firmware details.
Please let me know these as I can help U further

Re: Several Blue Screens (BugCheck, STOP: 0x00000044) on Proliant ML350
I haven't noticed any specific time this occurs. The server running a SCADA program called Citect and is supposed to run 24 hours. It supervises electricity, heating and cooling system in a hospital. CPU load is almost constant about 10 percent.
The server running Windows 2000 SP4.
I have turned off hyper threading on the processor due a problem with application Citect that can├в t run on a server with dual processors.
Hardware configuration except standard: Tree Ethernet cards. Two HP NIC and one Siemens Ethernet card in PCI slot.
