SmartStart 8.30 ML350 G4 -- unable to select INSTALL from homepage

I am trying to install a fresh win 2k3 OS on this box. It is being redeployed.

I boot to SmartStart CD (either physical CD or remotely via ILO w/SmartStart ISO attached) and when i select INSTALL i get the below message:

"no disk available for installing an Operating System"

I have no option to choose a network install or any other install.

Do i first need to erase this box before i can install the OS. If will the erase option erase all partitions or just the primary C partition.

I would like to use the assisted install to prevent any driver issues.

I have attached a screenshot of above msg from ILO. Thanks for any help.

i couldn't get SS 8.30 working correctly. I downloaded 8.25 and everything worked properly.

not sure if anyone else has this problem
