Software will not be installed on Micro Gen10
Hello Community,
we have a very strange problem with the Micro Server Gen10.
The device contains only original HP parts, memory and hard disks.
In the Raid Bios 4 hard disks are configured to a Raid 10 array, with the following disks HPE 1TB 6G SATA 7.2K 3.5in NHP ETY HDD.
Windows Server 2016 Essential is used and the partition " C " and " D " are displayed in the data management.
The system is very slow and we wanted to update the drivers etc. from the HP page https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/home/driverHome?sp4ts.oid=1009955119.
From the page you cannot install any application or driver. there is always the message, not supported!
In the device manager you can see that the hard disks are not recognized correctly by the system, but Marvel Raid Controller is visible.
How can I change the behavior ?

In order to install the drivers and firmware for the HP Microserver Gen10 Please use the link below:
Before downloading the drivers you should select first the OS installed on your server:

For the storage Component Make sure to identify the controller card used before proceeding with the SW installation.
Also if there is some unknowing driver you may try these steps:
- Go to the device manager
- Select the unknowing driver
- Propriety of the device >> Details >>Select Hardware ID
- Use this HW ID in order to identify the driver.
