Support Pack 7.90a

I just updated from 7.51 to 7.60a and some of the items did not update can you tell me why.

Example HP Proliant Array Configuration Utility for Windows 7.60.18.0 latest 7.62.1.0

HP Version control Agent for Windows 2.1.5.760 latest 2.19.790

Lawrence,

did you checked the smartcomponent logfile ? It is located here :
c:\CPQSYSTEM\log\cpqsetup.log

It 'might' contain a indication as to why those updates were not done.
