Support pack 7.51A will not update HP Network Config Utility

The support pack will not upgrade the HP Network Configuration Utility for Win 2000.
Current version is 7.4.1, the support pack version is 8.37. The setup log only says
"The operation was not successful". Tried installing it by downloading cp006373.exe
but it fails as well.
OS - Win 2000 SP4, HP DL580 G1 in a cluster.
Any known solutions?

I was able to recreate Problem with 7.51, let me know if you still need help and how to resolve it

I have not been able to resolve this problem yet. I tried deleting the NIC's
rebooting, and then attempt to install but that failed .

I'm assuming that driver is Up to date
