System power failure

I bought a Gen8 G1610t a month ago that I have been running on a daily basis with Windows 8.1.

Recently, the system crashed and since then it is impossible to restart the server. There is now a red light flashing quickly at the bottom of the server. I have tried unplugging/replugging the server and it did not change anything.

In the iLO administration tool, it says that there is a "System power failure".

Has anybody experiences this kind of issue previously? What should be done to solve and prevent it?
