TC2120 Wake on Lan

I am trying to utilize the Wake on Lan feature of the TC2120. I have tried several programs that send "magic packets" to the server from a W2000 pc. The programs declare success, but the server does not come on. The lan adapter lights are on when the server is powered off.

Is there a trick or HP utility for this purpose?
