TCP/IP NOT LICENSED
my hp proliant ml 370 system was unable to finished booting(it will not get to GUI level), it will complain of ip_output: TCP/IP not licensed, but if the network cable is removed from the system the system will boot normaly up to GUI level. the O/S on the system is sco unix

you need to go into license manager:
Then remove and reinstall the license and activation keys.
You also need to make sure that the date is properly set as well.
