Teaming issue (Proliant DL360 G3 3066)

Hi,
We have a server where in we have configured teaming. We have a monitoring tool from NetIQ and once the monitoring tool was upgraded we receive an alert saying "Teamed NIC #2 condition unknown". We are unable to figure out the exact problem. We can see from the HP Network configuration utility properties that one of the link is half grayed out. I have attached the screen shot of the HP Network configuration utility properties. Appreciate your immediate response.
