Temperature violation detected Waiting 5 minutes for system to cool

My server has been slowing to a crawl and often locking up. I'm getting this error in the event log:

Hi Kim,

Do you have the System Management Homepage installed on the server?

This might give us some more clues as to what is overheating. Look for yellow or red items.

Also try looking in the Integrated Management Log from Start / HP System Tools (yellow and red again)
