Troubleshooting DL 145 Boot Issues

First, I understand that this is a legacy server and it's a little dated now, but we needed a rapid server deployment for a project, and this was the only server we could use.

We were running a DL145 G1 in a test lab about two weeks ago, when the need came for rapid deployment of a lightly utilized web server. We pulled the DL145, where it was properly running , out of the test lab, and about a week later moved it into the production environment. Now, we cannot get the server to boot at all, even into BIOS.

Any help in even looking for the start of the issue would be helpful. We were able to borrow another chassis to test the CPUs and RAM, both worked.

(Server is not under warranty, and was a donation several years ago; we are a NFPO.)

Does the server power up at all.
Any messages on the screen.
Have you reseated all cards, memory etc.
Are there any lights on the system board.
Does the server run POST.
Any bleeps heard after power on.

No, the server will not power on at all. Therefore we can't get it to POST, nor are there any main board lights showing. Standard amber lights won't come on as usual when the server is plugged in.
