UPS Management Module do not detect UPS X12000 XR

I installed a new UPS Management Modulo AF401A en my X12000 XR but on the wed interface, no information is showed in model, serial.

I moved it to an R1500G2 and it showme model, serial, load, input output, backup time.

Wath can i do?

As you can see, XR12000 Does not support this management module; R1500 G2 does;

Im sorry, it does support; but in LEGACY mode.
