UPS R3000 xr firmware error

I've tried to update the firmware in one of our R3000 xr UPS. It began writing to the UPS but suddenly it timed out. And now I cant connect properly to the UPS with PXFlash (it turns red but connects)see picture attached.

I tried to update firmware v1.07 -> v1.09

How can I update the firmware or at least return to v1.07 without the errors.
