WIndows 2003 upgrade

WHile trying to upgrade either a Proliant DL360 G3 or ML530 G1 to WIndows 2003, the system reboots continuously. I have updated the firmware and loaded the Raid drivers manually (f6 during WIndows setup). I am know removing all management agents to see if that will help. WOuld appreciated any help. Thanks

I using the DL 360 G2 and having the same problem. I'm working on it now.

Right now I think it the 7780 NIC card or 5i array controll, but focusing on the nic card for the day.

If I find out anything I will let you know.
