Windows 2000 won't see my new CPU on my Proliant DL380
Hi guys, i need your help with one big problem that i have. This morning i installed a new processor on my Proliant DL 380....Everything went well, when i am booting the server the bios see it correctly and there's no error message. The problem i have is when i check in windows, the os only see one cpu and not the two that i have. I have other server same has this one and i see the two cpu. If someone could help me on this problem it would be very nice. Thanks in adavance

Go into device manager and under computer open it up and see what it sais. What ever it sais,right click/properties/driver/update driver and go from there hope this helps dont want to go any farther on mine to see what is next. Dont want to change mine so I'm affraid i will mess it up.
