Windows Shutdown/Restart hangs on ML310 G5
When I shutdown or restart the Windows XP Professional installed on ML310 G5, the server hangs (with empty blue screen) after displaying the message "Windows is shutting down". Is there anyone can advise what is going wrong ?
Server OS = Windows XP Professional SP2
The server also installed with a ATI graphic card (ATI Fire MV2400 PCIe x1)

Wee Chong,
Hard reset your server
boot to safe mode with networking
then try shutting it down.
If things work properly in safemode then there is a service or dependent file which is causing the problem.
To fix this there is a work around which can be sfound here
