Workstorage NAS 1200s doesn't work

Hi. I'm trying to turn on a workstorage NAS 1200s and doesn't work, seems blocked. All plugs are right connected and rear side appears a orange LED, at the energy module, or sometimes a intermittent green LED. What can I do? Is there a way, procedure, to unlocke this NAS?
