error installing w2k ad server in LH3

I am trying installing W2k AD server in LH3 Server. I couldnt find Navigator CD for W2K, so I just booted my server from the W2K AD cd rom
During the setup of Windows 2000 AD server I had the folloing error message.
The file acpi.sys is corrupted.
Any comment will be appreciated so much.

you can use this site to make an updated bios and ecu in place of th navagitor cd

just download and it will give direvtions to make a bootable floppy to start your machine and you can install your base win 2k drivers using these floppies..
