how to add additional drives to an existing raid 5

We are running out of space on raid 5 with 4 drives in HP proliant DL 380 Windows 2003 server. We want to add two more drives.HP ACU doesnot launch locally.Remote management comes with user ID and pwd screen.Unfortunately we donot have password.
windows disk management shows Disk 0 and Disk 1. With red mark on disk 1 ,which prompts to convert to dynamic disk. What should be done?
It is sql 2000 server growing dramatically in size.
Help required urgently.
Thanks

Re: how to add additional drives to an existing raid 5

Can you access to system management home Page and start ACU from there
Also you do need Admin access to make changes if latest PSP installed

Also there is another way to do offline from smart start CD

More info how to

Re: how to add additional drives to an existing raid 5

I was able to access ACU by updating with new version.
My next problem adding drives to existing array and extending volume.
I have read it is possible.
I would like to know what is the impact as it is a production server 24x7?
what is the best way?
Any chance of extending C partion?
which 3rd party software will do the trick?
I have inherited a server with extremely huge c partition which is close to capacity for reasons unknown? checked the space occupied by programs doesnot tally.
can anyone shed light on this?
thanks again.
