how to combine 2x NC7771 in win2003 std server to have some kind of load balancing features?

i've a ML350 win2k3 std server with 1G of memory with two additional NC7771 NICs...

i would like to bind this two NC7771 to create some sort of load balancing / fault torelence... is that possible?

if yes, can anyone pls give me a hand?

NIC teams can be created in the HP Network Configuration Utility:
