hp proliant dl 580 G2 server wont boot
hi
i get the following error on my server
"windows 2000 could not start because the following file is missing or is corrupt:\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
Please re-install a copy of the above file".
i looked on the net for a solution and the solution was to repair the operating system but when i try that windows setup informs me that setup can not find any hard drives.
please help as i am in a very tough condition.

Re: hp proliant dl 580 G2 server wont boot
Have the raid card drivers on a floppy disk.
When booting from the windows cd press F6 to get the drivers uploaded and use the recovery console
Then run chkdsk /r ,wait for completing and restart
