i6 controller

I´ve problem with an i6 controler speed on this configuration:
DL385R01 server Opteron dualCore 1x processor
4 physical HDD 4x140GB
2x RAID1+0 = 2 logical
If I insert the OS W2k3 R2 CD, after Smart start wizard, program wrote "SmartStart will now your system and Reboot. Copying data files"

That´s workin 6hours ?!
Schould I do anythink different with this ?
