iLO says "Please Wait Scanning" then closes

iLO says "Please Wait Scanning" then closes

Trying to install an OS onto a HPE ProLiant MicroServer Gen8.  I've updated the iLO to the latest version.  Had the problem with the original version.    Everything appears to be fine I'm able to put in all the info I choose the iso file from a flash drive.  It says "Please Wait Scanning" and that appears on screen for maybe a second then that vanishes and nothing happens.

Any suggestions would be helpful

Are you trying to install an OS using iLO remote console?  Not really clear on what you are attempting to do.  screenshot would be helpful
