iLO through a firewall?
I just put a server at a remote site, can get the iLO interface to come up after permitting port 443 throught the firewall when coming from our main office, but cannot get the remote console to come up. Is there an additional port or ports that need to be opened up for that?

Re: iLO through a firewall?
OK, i just realized that i needed a couple more ports...so i added 80, 17988, 23, 3389 and 22 as are specified on the Global tab of the iLO interface. WHen we try to launch the remote console from outside the firewall, the console screen remains black and we get an error loading the Java.

Re: iLO through a firewall?
I have the same problem. The server i got a DL360 G1 is also behind a firewall and all ports as specified are open for accessing the ilo web interface. Everything works except the remote Console. After 30 seconds only a cursor starts to blink in the left upper corner and gives an error Connnection time out.
We have no problems accessing remote console throug local network.
