installtion HDDs and OS to HP ProLiant ML310 G4

As I wrotte before, I run HP SmartStart (it takes cca 3 hours) and than I run disk 1 of Win Server 2003 Standard. After it system asked me to take away that CD and was rebooting. After reboot I have dark display with small horizontal line blinking in the left up corner.Thats all.
Regarding set up the HDDs for mirroring and backup. Please tell when and how I should do it (if I push F8 during boot there is no mentioned something about HDDs). Please for detailed help, because I am not to familiar to servers (I ma only PC user) and advice: do THIS means for me nothing, if there is not HOW. Thank you all in advance for your help. Add: I was thinking to format HHD and start from very beginning, but I do no know how without OS.
