problem with Network card nc7771 on proliant ml370G4

hi,
i use two nc7771 on my proliant ml370G4 server with network fault tolerance.

when server start, the HP nertwork team start after ip network so i have error in system event log:
netlogon event 5719: this computer can't configure secure session with a domain controller: no access server available
