proliant tc2120 server power led blinking green and yellow

Hi,
I am having problem with Proliant TC2120 server series. This server has been working fine with no problem. Running windows 2000 server with sp4.
After a full backup and application update, I restart the server because the application requires it to restart. After restart, I ran an additional patch for the previous software upgrade. Because the patch is not responding, I did a hard reboot (press and hold power button). After about 15 secs, I pressed the power button again but all I get is a blinking green and yellow on power led, no POST, nothing on monitor, no led on keyboard, cd tray is not working.
According to manual for TC2120, it says when the power led is blinking it means it's in standby or sleep mode.
Here comes the questions part.
Is blinking green and yellow means standby or sleep mode?
If so, how can I get the server out from sleep mode?

Drain power for 5-10 mins,
Restart again.

Hi James,
I tried draining the power from the server PSU and also from the motherboard.
The power led light still blinking yellow and green. I am not sure what is going on, but I am on the phone with HP.
I will post what they suggest if it works out.

Issues with POWER ? Did u try re seating cables ?

Hi James,
According to HP tech support, it's a motherboard or CPU issue.
We did test by unplugging every hardwares including memory, but the problem persist.
So according to HP tech support, it's a very likely that the motherboard or the CPU needs to be replace.

Will the System board BEEP, if U power it ON without memories ??
Any RED LEDs on the System board ?

there is no beeping sound and the light on board is green.
HP told me that I need to replace the motherboard or the CPU. Since the cost is quite high, I am thinking of getting a new server instead.
