redhat 3 can't see hardware disk array on dl320
I'm trying to install Redhat 3 on a Proliant dl320 with ata and hardware mirroring, but the Redhat setup doesn't see the raid array, it just sees the 2 separate hard drives. Is Redhat 3 supported? or am I don't something wrong? I went into the array controller utility, and setup the raid array for mirroring. I can let Redhat do the mirroring, but wouldn't a hardware controller be faster?

According to the certification matrix the ata is only supported on RHEL 2.1
