scsi bios not installed ml350 g3/g4

i have move two hard disk (array 1) from 350g3 to 350g4 and i cannot access informacion fron this disks. appears this message scsi bios not installed. i return the disk to g3 and the message persist.

scsi bios not installed is not something that you need worry, it's standard Message where RON for SCSI cards can be used for additional Options, however ... problem is in drivers Scrip and chipset, what your controllers, O/S, what step been done ?

HP has inform, only you can move disk array from one server to another if both server have the same model.Now I cant access data from disk array. Do you know any soft to help me?

Which Smart Array Controller are you using in those servers? Try to use the same generation of Controllers in both Servers. Now, if you still getiing errors try to use the newst controller in the oldest server that may do the trick.
