smart array not detected on PROLIANT DL380 G2

Hi.I hope someone can solve problem.
I had installed W2K on Proliant DL380 G2 and upgrade systems ROMPaq ver 4.05 -05/01/2004 and it's run smoothly.
After rebooted,the server can't detect the smart array. Sometime the server can detect the smart array and booted to Windows normally.
i had also change the older ROMPaq version to see if it can work.The problem still the same.

please hep me to solve this problem

Pull the riser cage, make sure 5i is locked well, firmware 2.58 for array controller, If Problem still exist, Use switch in fare end Corner for 5i Interlock and troubleshoot problem.
