tape drive removal in Proliant 3000

Hello;

I am struggling to remove an internal DLT tape drive from a Proliant 3000 server. The drive is mounted in the drive cage and it seems that the whole cage needs to be removed in order to access the tape drive. Trouble is, the drive cage is not coming out easily and I could use some detailled instructions.
