usb in ml 350

I have PROLIANT ML 350 G4 SERVER.
I am installed win 2000 server automatic from the smart start 7.1.
the problem is that my windown not recognize my "UNIVERSAL SERIAL(BUS) CONTROLER" IN THE "device manager".
I will be glad if someone can help and tell me what to do.
