on ebay seller offer exactly these models with the drivers for XP, but in HP are not available, I don't understand

Hello,

 Officially, HP has never supported windows XP on server products; but the windows 2003 driver sould work fine anyway.

 try to install one of these bundles,it should detect the correct version :

 PSP8.30 from August 2009 :

( if I remember correctly, the CPQISSE.sys driver was included in PSP from version 7.50 to 8.30.)
