BIOS update trough ILO, any supported way?

is there a supported way to upgrade a system BIOS trough the Remote Console of ILO?

cant find anything about that on the forum's

just log into the ILO use the virtual media and mount the FW update DVD. Reboot the server and use the remote console to watch it boot and it will use the automatic mode and update the Bios if needed.

i did it once, virtual media mapped the USB bios update, en watched trough remote console (keeping my fingers crossed) and it worked, but i cant find anything in the official documents about i.

I have done it lots of times, otherwise connect a keyboard, mouse and monitor and do it.
