DL145 LO admin password reset

How would one go about resetting the admin password if it is forgotten?

If it's an ILO, I think you can use the "iLO Security Override Switch" to reset the passwords. There's info about the jumper in the user guide.

Unforutnately it is not a true iLO it is an LO100 and does not have the dip switch option, which is why I figured I would ask here as I can find no information as to how to do this anywhere.
