HP Directories Migration Utility error

A few weeks ago I started seeing the following error after adding a ilo to AD.

"Operation is not valid due to the current state of the object"

The Ilo is still being added to AD, allows domain users to log in, and has full functionality. But I do not understand this error. Any insight would be great. Thanks.
