ILO Network_setting trouble

I'm Traying to use HPoncfg to bring back my ILO network interface
Here is the command line I performed and the result:
C:\ILO Tools>hponcfg /f Mod_Network_settings.xml /l log.txt
No RILOE II board found.
Firmware Revision = 1.840000 Device type = ILO Driver name = cpqci
Script succeeded

And the here is my script mod_network_settings.xml:

So after doing this the interface still not responding, when I performed a ping 174.19.0.18, and the changes were not made even if everythig seems to be OK in log file:

Log.txt:

MESSAGE='No error'
/>

STATUS="0x0000"
MESSAGE='No error'

Scripting utility should be updated to the latest version.
