We have purchased a new DL370G6 server. We have also purchased iLO2 licence. When we received the shipment, we noticed that the license is lost.
Is it possible to obtain a new licence and what is the procedure to do that?

HI Nikola,
please log a case with HP. You may have to provide the Proof of purchase.
HP will raise a request internally to get the lost license for you.

Thanks for your reply.
We already find the licence. We were looking for a plastic card with the licence number written on it, but HP send the licence key on our e-mail address and after couple of days we notice the e-mail :)
