RILOE II not working with HP RDC Pass-Through Service

I have a HP ML370 G4 Single Processor Server that has Integrated LOE Installed (iLOE).

I have installed a Remote Insight Lights-Out Edition II PCI card in the server and it automatically disabled the iLOE as expected.

The Remote Insight LOE II Firmware Version is: 1.20 (latest)

The server is running Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition SP1

The RILOE II card works great and I can control the server with a Remote Console session but I would like to use a Remote Desktop Connection through the RILOE II.

I have installed the Hp Pass-Through Service v1.0.23 but each time I try to start the service I get the following error in the event log:

I can use Remote Desktop connections to the server from other workstations on the same network as the server via the server NIC and they work fine.

I have the dependency set that causes the Pass-Through service to start after the RDC service.

I would like some help in resolving this issue. Thank You.

RILOE-II Terminal Services functionality requires a Updated HP Terminal Services Passthrough Software.
The Passthrough software is under Release
process and will be released to web soon.
