cannot get RIB.CPL to work

Hello,

I am trying to get RIB.CPL to work on an 1850r, running version 4.8 of the Compaq Management Agents. When trying to access RIB.CPL, i get "Uanable to find sm2user.dll". The DLL does however exist, and if I try to register the DLL via regsvr32, It tells me there is no entry point.

Any Ideas on getting this to work?
