iLO 4 AlertMail email address restriction - set by CLI instead?
I am trying to set an AlertMail email address within iLO 4 (advanced license) however the entry is restricted in that it cannot contain a subdomain address. e.g. me@sub.contuso.com cannot be saved. It will happily accept me@gmail.com and delivers fine so I know SMTP etc is correct.
I figured I could set the desired email address using the CLI instead of via the GUI however I couldn't find a command that would let me do so. (Obviously I am not proficient with the CLI)
Thoughts? Workarounds?
Currently I've set it to a gmail address that forwards to the email address that I really need, however I REALLY don't want to rely on an external service to forward server alerts.
Thanks

Re: iLO 4 AlertMail email address restriction - set by CLI instead?
This is a bug in the AlertMail webpage that has been fixed in the new iLO4 2.20
