iLO Administrator on BL20p

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to reset the iLo administrator password as the password has been forgotten.

Here are three options:

1- Look on the sticker. If you are still using the default Administrator password, it is printed on a sticker attached to the blade.

2- Use the iLO Security Override Switch. It is located inside the server, so you will have to power-off and open the case to access the switch. This defeats iLO security and allows you to access iLO without valid credentials. From there, user administration can be used to set a new password.

3- Or, use HPONCFG and use a RIBCL(XML) script to install the credentials you want:
