I believe you can use HP SIM as a trial software at least.

For descriptions of what it does.

In HP SIM you get a list of all the devices that it finds - can contact.

This does of course require that they respond - they don't have to have HP agents installed - they give more information if you do.

If you only have the IP address of the ilo, you can browse to the ILO, then login to the ILO (hopefully you know the username/password of the ILO. then you can launch the ILO Integrated Remote Console(you will be on the server just like you were at the console keyboard/monitor), login to the OS and use the OS command to show the Network Interface information to show all the IP info.
