iLO2 fails over high latencies

Currently I'm adminitrating iLO2 instances overseas and are experices problems.

When connecting to iLO2 with about 170ms of latencies it often times out. Sometimes I'm able to get in but sometimes it just stops to work.

When administrating iLO2 on the local lan it works fine but I really need to be able to handle iLO with high latencies.

Is there also high packet loss in addition to the high latency? What sort of stuff are you trying to do over the iLO at the time?
