ilo mouse freezes

I’m having mouse freeze issues again. I tried to look for 1.64 for the latest ilo version but I can’t find it on the HP website…the latest says

iLO 1.64 is in the process of being released to the web. It will become available for download sometime this week. Sorry we cannot be more exact.
